New fellow registrations are now closed

Due to overwhelming demand, we have reached capacity in terms of the number of new fellows presenting at the 2023 College Ceremony and have taken the difficult decision to close off new fellow registrations for the 2023 ANZCA Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM). While we appreciate that this may be disappointing, we would like to reassure all new fellows who do not get to present in 2023 that you will automatically be eligible to present at the 2024 ceremony in Brisbane, even if it has been more than two years since you received your fellowship.

** A discounted rate is offered to new fellows and will be subject to formal presentation at the College Ceremony. To be eligible, you must have received your Fellowship within two years at the time of the meeting. Failure to be presented in person for the 2023 College Ceremony will result in an invoice being issued for the standard full registration rate at the conclusion of the ASM. Final approval on new fellows status will be subject to final confirmation from ANZCA and FPM.

1. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. A photocopy of the registration form is acceptable.
2. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
3. A letter of confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the ASM Registration Secretariat.
4. All cancellations must be made in writing to the ASM Registration Secretariat at anzca2023@wsm.com.au. Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

5. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application.
6. Substitution is permitted provided notification in writing is received prior to two weeks from meeting start date.
7. The program is subject to change without prior notice.
8. In the event that the ASM, FPM Symposium or Obstetric Anaesthesia SIG meeting cannot run in person your registration will automatically be transferred to a virtual registration.
9. If you would like to change your registration type from in person to virtual you must notify us in writing on or before 24 March 2023. After this date, changes cannot be made to your in-person registration.
10. The information provided in this form will only be used for the purpose of processing your registration and communicating with you on matters related to the ASM, FPM Symposium and Obstetric Anaesthesia SIG meeting. You have rights of access and correction with respect to your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the ASM Registration Secretariat.
11. Where there are extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the ASM Registration Secretariat.
