Register to attend your local ENGAGE hub in person and network with your community
While the 2021 ANZCA ASM is a virtual meeting, we’re doing our best to bring you together no matter where you are to experience the friendship and collegiality that our signature meeting is famous for. To do this, we’ve established ENGAGE hubs in major centres which we encourage you to register for and enjoy. Tickets to the engage hubs must be purchased before close of early bird, Friday 19 March.
What to expect at an ENGAGE hub
With light refreshments, freshly brewed coffee and waterfront views, you can join with colleagues to experience the 2021 ASM on the big screen. Theatre style viewing and a more relaxed space for networking and viewing onDemand ASM content awaits you.
The hubs will broadcast the live streams from Melbourne, AEST. Follow the red graffiti icon in the program and watch the live broadcast on a big screen. Big talks and big names!
The hubs in Perth, Auckland and Adelaide will be open at slightly different times, see below for opening times.
At this stage, we are hosting ENGAGE hubs in Adelaide, Auckland, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and Melbourne @MCEC the host city.
We are seeking expressions of interest for other cities in our registration system. Make your registration count. Register your interest for your local city to host an ENGAGE hub by close of early bird. Minimum numbers will apply.
How do I get a ticket to attend an ENGAGE hub?
Entry to an ENGAGE hub is ticketed. You will need to register as an ASM virtual delegate and purchase a ticket for the hub at time of registration. This will ensure that we can account for all registered delegates within each venue and adhere to COVID-19 venue safe plans.
College Ceremony ENGAGE hub
We’re inviting all new fellows, to present at – and participate in – the College Ceremony at your nearest ENGAGE hub. We’re broadcasting the formal proceedings, including the oration by Professor Sharon Lewin, directly from the Melbourne hub. There will also be an opportunity to meet local college leaders; and, of course, canapés and bubbles to celebrate your success in style, following the procession.
Please note on Saturday 1 May that are two sessions being hosted. This means you will need to purchase two tickets, one for the scientific program and one for the College Ceremony.
**Due to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, numbers may be restricted for ENGAGE hubs so we encourage you to register early.
