ANZCA ASM : 5 May - 9 May 2023

Reminder to be cautious of scam emails

We have recently been made aware that there is a potential scam targeting speakers, facilitators and contributors to conferences, events and meetings.

A friendly reminder to please be vigilant and that if you are unsure if an email is not from ANZCA and may be a scam, it is best to contact us at asm@anzca.edu.au for clarification before proceeding with sharing of personal details, payments or clicking any unknown links.

Often scammers will target large events and conferences by offering to assist with booking flights, accommodation and/or registration. Scammers may claim to be a part of the ASM or ANZCA. It is always important to check the email address of the sender, and to check the spelling, grammar, and detail of the information in the email.
