In-person attendance
Participants of the ANZCA and FPM CPD program who attend in person will have their attendance auto-populated to their CPD portfolio in June 2026. ANZCA and FPM CPD participants with full in-person ASM registration will receive 24 hours under the “knowledge and skills – learning sessions” activity for the ASM program. Additional sessions or workshops (such as emergency response activities) will have specific CPD values, indicated in the program.
ASM onDemand package
ANZCA and FPM CPD participants who purchase an ASM onDemand package will need to manually record their CPD hours under the “knowledge and skills – learning sessions” activity. For security reasons, the OnDemand functionalities do not allow for auto-population into the CPD portfolio.
There is no live stream of any ASM content. The ASM onDemand package will ensure those unable to attend in person still gain access to the ASM’s world-leading content, and will be available from 13 May 2026.
How can I claim CPD hours for viewing content post-meeting?
In-person delegates and participants who have purchased an ASM onDemand package can claim post-meeting content viewing. This viewing will need to be manually updated to your CPD portfolio. Participants of the ANZCA and FPM CPD program may claim time spent on online learning under the “knowledge and skills – learning” sessions.
When recording time in your CPD portfolio, suitable evidence could be a certificate of attendance/participation/completion, written confirmation of registration or screenshot of online resources.

The 2026 ANZCA ASM provides a diverse range of professional development opportunities across the main CPD categories – practice evaluation, knowledge and skills, and emergency response. Please refer to the program page and select each individual workshop to view its associated CPD category and eligible hours. This will ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information for your professional development planning.
In 2026, we will be introducing a new process where delegates will be required to self-scan their attendance at any workshop. This will confirm your participation for auto-population into your CPD portfolio in mid-June 2026 and the issuing of your electronic certificate of attendance. Further information will be communicated to delegates in the lead-up to the meeting.

If you’re not participating in our CPD program, please check with your college/provider regarding your CPD classifications. Post-event, you may request an electronic certificate of attendance for CPD evidence from the ANZCA events team.
