At this point in time, the ASM team is full steam ahead on planning an in-person event for 2025. If anything does change, we’ll be sure to update our sponsors along the way as soon as decisions are made. If an in-person event can no longer be held due to reasons outside of our control, exhibitor fees will be automatically transferred to a virtual exhibition or have the option to transfer the funds for the 2026 ASM.
