FAQs for sponsors

When is the 2024 HCI sponsor prospectus available?

The 2024 healthcare industry sponsorship prospectus is now available and can be found here.

What happens if the in-person component of the 2023 ASM is cancelled?

At this point in time, the ASM team is full steam ahead on planning an in-person event for 2023. If anything does change, we’ll be sure to update our sponsors along the way as soon as decisions are made. If an in-person event can no longer be held due to reasons outside of our control, exhibitor fees will be automatically transferred to a virtual exhibition or have the option to transfer the funds for the 2024 ASM in Brisbane.

When will the exhibition manual be available?

The exhibition manual will be available in late 2022. It will include further information on the venue, booth builds, access times, registration and QR codes.

Where is the exhibition being held?

The exhibition will be held in Exhibition Hall 1 of the International Convention & Exhibition Centre (ICC) Sydney from Friday 5 May to Tuesday 9 May 2023. All morning teas, afternoon teas and lunches will be served in the exhibition area.

Can I have a custom stand?

Requests for a custom stand should be made at the time of application. The exhibition contractor, Harry the Hirer, can assist with custom stand designs. Should a company wish to use the services of another contractor for the design and build of their custom stand, full contact details of this contractor must be supplied to ANZCA. The exhibitor is responsible for providing ANZCA with a custom stand design for approval.

Custom stand design forms will be available late 2022. Please note that rigging is not permitted.
