How to navigate the ASM mobile app

The 2025 ANZCA ASM mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple or Google playstore, if you search “2025 ANZCA ASM”.

Click on the button below to see the 2025 ANZCA ASM mobile app. 

Once the app has been downloaded, open it and it will load into the home screen.

Click ‘Log in’, which will load into the sign in page. Enter your log in details:

• Email – you registered with
• Pin/password

Which can be found:

• In your pre-arrival ASM mobile app email
• Back of your name badge – ‘app pin’ only
• Asking app support at the ANZCA information desk or at the ASM and FPM Lounge

On the home screen, click the ‘three lines’ in the top right corner.

Update your privacy setting and make sure to click ‘update’ at the bottom!
