may result in an incomplete registration.

• Tropical Soirée – this year the Gala Dinner will take on a new format, instead of a sit-down dinner, we’re going for a stand-up gathering, perfect for mingling and making new friends. All Tropical Soirée tickets must be purchased separately, there will no longer be a registration option that includes them.

The verification letter should include your name, job title, hospital/institution and be signed off by a supervisor or manager. You do not need to be a trainee of ANZCA or FPM to qualify. **Other non-medical practitioners, for example rural generalist anaesthesia, nurses, technicians, research assistants with a specific interest in anaesthesia and/or pain medicine, who wish to attend the ASM will be considered with documented support from their research group/department.

# Two-day registration categories allow selection of any two days of the ASM from 3-6 May 2025.

• Unlimited onDemand access to the scientific program – this includes the recordings from the plenary and concurrent

sessions.

• These scientific sessions will be available for you to watch in your time, one week after the ASM from 13 May 2025.
• No more choosing between scientific sessions, you can watch them all in your own time from 13 May 2025.

• This package does not include a live stream of the scientific program. You will not be able to join any of the scientific sessions live on the day.

No content will be streamed during the ASM. Online workshops will not be recorded; they must be attended in real time. Registered participants will receive a Zoom link to join the online workshop.

• You will be able to access the recordings from the scientific program – plenary and concurrent sessions, via the ASM

onDemand platform and mobile app.

• A personalised link and login details for the ASM onDemand platform and mobile app will be emailed on 13 May 2025. Please note

this is one week post the ASM dates.

• The ASM onDemand platform and mobile app will be available to access content recordings for 12 months from 13 May 2025.
• You can make your own plans for leave over a 12-month period to view content and to record your own participation in the ANZCA and FPM

CPD program. Click here for further information on how to log CPD for post event viewing of content.

• Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. A photocopy of the registration form is NOT acceptable.
• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
• A letter of confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Any changes or alterations must be

made in writing to the ASM and FPM Symposium registration secretariat.

• If you wish to cancel participation in any optional activity associated with the ASM you must notify the ASM and FPM Symposium registration

secretariat in writing at least 30 days before the ASM is scheduled to take place. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the ASM will not

be eligible for a refund. However, if the spot you cancel is filled by another participant, we will provide a refund and notify you in writing.

• All cancellations must be made in writing to the ASM and FPM Symposium registration secretariat

Refunds for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

• Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application.
• Substitution is permitted provided notification in writing is received prior to two weeks from meeting start date.
• The program is subject to change without prior notice.  
• In the event that the ASM cannot run in person your registration will automatically be transferred to an onDemand

registration.

• There will be no live stream of any content at the ASM, your link to watch content will be sent via email on 13 May 2025.
• If you would like to change your registration type from in person to onDemand you must notify us in writing on or before Friday 28 March

2025. After this date, changes cannot be made to your in-person registration.

• The information provided in this form will only be used for the purpose of processing your registration and communicating with you on

matters related to the ASM. You have rights of access and correction with respect to your personal data held by us. If you

wish to exercise these rights, please contact the ASM and FPM Symposium registration secretariat.

• Where there are extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the ASM

registration secretariat.

• When you attend the ASM, you’re entering an area where photography, audio, and video recordings may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to the use of your image and voice through photography, video, and audio for use in ANZCA electronic and printed communications. This may include use on the ANZCA website, social media, in e-newsletters and publications including the ANZCA Bulletin as well as other communications.
