• Some hospital networks may restrict access to parts of the registration platform. If you experience issues, try registering on an alternative device, such as your mobile phone, tablet, or personal computer.
• If you do not have a college ID, please enter 999999 on the “Delegate Contact Details” page.
• Trainees registering under the two-day registration category will automatically receive Monday attendance as a bonus day. No action is required. If you would like to remove Monday from your registration, please contact the registration secretariat.
• Once you have completed your registration, click “Submit” and wait for the confirmation screen to appear before closing your browser. Closing the window too soon may result in an incomplete registration.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

• A discounted registration rate is available to new ANZCA or FPM fellows who are formally presented at the 2027 College Ceremony.
• To be eligible for the discounted rate, you must have been awarded your fellowship within the two years preceding the meeting.
• Please note that attendance at, and formal presentation during, the 2027 College Ceremony is a condition of this discounted registration. If you are not presented in person at the ceremony, you will be invoiced for the difference between the New Fellow rate and the standard full registration rate following the ASM.
• Eligibility for the New Fellow registration rate is subject to final verification and approval by ANZCA and FPM.
• Please note you must register for the ANZCA ASM to present as a new fellow at the College Ceremony. FPM fellows that wish to also attend the FPM Symposium must register for both meetings.

• Each participant must complete their own online registration form.
• Registrations will only be processed once full payment has been received.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your registration and payment have been received. You can update your registration details using the link provided in the email up to 30 days before the ASM or FPM Symposium. After this date, any changes must be submitted in writing to the registration secretariat.

• To cancel a workshop, social function, or optional activity, you must notify the registration secretariat in writing at least 30 days before the ASM or FPM Symposium. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the meeting are not eligible for a refund. However, if your place can be filled by another participant, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified in writing.
• All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the registration secretariat. Applicable refund deadlines and administrative fees will apply as stated below.

• Refunds will not be provided for unsuccessful visa applications.
• Registration substitutions are permitted if written notice is received at least two weeks before the meeting start date.
• In exceptional circumstances, refund requests outside these terms may be considered at the discretion of the registration secretariat.

• The program is subject to change without notice.
• If the ASM or FPM Symposium is unable to be held in person, all in-person registrations will automatically be converted to onDemand registrations.
• Requests to change from an in-person registration to an onDemand registration must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the ASM or FPM Symposium.

• Personal information collected through the registration process will be used solely to administer your registration and communicate important event information. You have the right to access and correct your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact the registration secretariat.

• By attending the ASM or FPM Symposium, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and audio recording may take place. Images and recordings may be used by ANZCA in printed and digital communications, including the ANZCA website, social media channels, e-newsletters, publications, the ANZCA Bulletin, and other promotional materials.
